GAIN Service Event

• Help with setup (1:00 – 2:00 pm) by carrying supplies, setting up vendor booths, etc. • Sell sodas with PTO (2:00 – 5:00 pm) • Help in food area giving out hot dogs, nachos, and cookies (2:00 – 5:00 pm) • Give out water and otter pops (2:00 – 5:00 pm) • Help give out popcorn at Young Minds Center’s booth (2:00 – 5:00 pm) • Empty trash cans and add new liners to cans and pick up trash dropped around park (2:00 – 5:00 pm) • Monitor bounce house (2:00 – 5:00 pm) • Help with games (3-legged race at 3:20 pm and balloon toss at 4:30 pm) • Help with tear down and clean up (5:00 – 6:00 pm) TBD: We might be able to bring the new trailer and show off some Scout skills. Field Uniforms (aka Class A) worn correctly.
