Vultee Arch and Red Rocks Backpacker
Time & Location
About the Event
Hey there Troop 109!
When: Saturday, February 20, 2021. Meet at the church at 7:30 am. Depart at 8:00.
CARPOOL is possible by arranging rides with other families. If you carpool, everyone in the car must wear a mask.
High clearance vehicles (4x4) only for this trip. Dry Creek Road to the trail head is very rough in spots.
What: We will drive to Sedona to take in some red rock beauty. The hike is a 3.6 mile out and back to the arch and is not difficult until the end when you scramble up the arch and surrounding rocks.
This is a good backpacker for all age groups.
